Hello ! Sorry to say this again, but I prefer using GRUB together with `etherboot', and so nobody has to deal with `mknbi' in connection with UNIX systems (for DOS mknbi is already needed so far). GRUB can direclty load images and has currently the SAME network driver state as etherboot (full 5.0.5 driver compatible). I like really both, especially both in conjunction. Etherboot+GRUB is one of the best BIOS "Extensions" to get a feeling of a full boot monitor like on SUN or HP (even better !!!!). I want nothing to say against MKNBI ! Bye Christoph Plattner "Eric W.
