That's the well-known* rate of the BIOS clock, 18.2something is closer,
but it's only used for macro delays so it's not critical. As I said, if
you're using LinuxBIOS, you probably don't have a BIOS clock. And that's
not the timer used for udelay anyway.

* Well-known to people who have looked at the IBM PC architecture specs.  :-)
