[Etherboot-developers] rtl8139 TX timeout solved (for me)

Thanks to the suggestion from Eric W. Biederman, I was able to get my
RTL8139 card to behave. I verbatimely copy'n'pasted code to activate
busmastering from 3c90x.c to rtl8139.c and things magically began to work.

It seems my BIOS is buggy (i.e. not initializing PCI cards correctly)?
