This sounds like an interesting idea in principle.  During the time I 
have contributed to the Etherboot Project we seem to be constantly moving 
in the direction of supporting more ways for people to utilize network 
booting.  Sometimes by adding support for more cards, and sometimes by 
creating new ways to make Etherboot bootable by other loaders and 
utilities.

I think it would be fun to work with more developers, and see what we can 
accomplish together.  

As they say in poker, "Deal me in". :-)
