... and knowing Ken must have an impressive sense of humour himself, given
the amount of abuse I have seen him take...

The link below is an email from Ken (way back in Apr, 1997) to the netboot
list, providing a link to the Microsoft FTP site for RPL code - the same
code he now claims no knowledge of....
