Debian is a great distributions. Why do you need to wait for
Progeny? I run Debian (unstable) on all my machines (including my
work machine), and I am more than happy; this is a developer's dream
distribution. Running "unstable" is sometimes a little scary, but
breakage tends to not happen to often and I can usually fix it
within two minutes.
