[Etherboot-developers] Gotcha in 4.7.24

I just compiled 4.7.24 and at first it hiccuped because I had 
 -DEMERGENCYDISKBOOT
and not
 -DTAGGED_IMAGE

The problem is that void gateA20_unset(void) only depends on -DTAGGED_IMAGE.
