[Etherboot-developers] Mknbi 1.2-0 (production) released

I have released mknbi 1.2-0 at http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/
and soon in the download areas. It's available as a tarball, RPMs and
DEBs.

This is the same as mknbi-1.1-1, I'm just formally making it a
production release. So you don't have to update if you are already using
1.1-1.
