[Etherboot-developers] tulip.c and NIC based on DEC 21140

Hi!

I tried to use etherboot with a Kingston KNE100TX Card and failed.
I always get TX timeouts when searching a DHCP-Server.

This card is based on a DEC 21140-AF chip, which should work with the
tulip-driver. 

The Problem is, that discribed at http://www.scyld.com/network/tulip-media.html

As far as I can see the linux-driver from Donald Becker can handle this 
issue. I'll try if I'm able to rewrite the tulip-driver from Donald to work with
etherboot.
