Are you saying here that if you use a Windows boot floppy and select the
harddisk that Etherboot then works?  If so then my guess it that 
either the boot sequence is hanging or not going through the normal boot
sequence.  To get around this try enabling NOINT19H in the Config file for 
Etherboot.  Then as soon as the rom code is seen by the BIOS it will
run without waiting for the later boot process.
