Luigi, this is great! Thanks so much for doing this. There have been a
lot of people asking about how to use compact flash based IDE drives to
boot Etherboot, and this would work really nicely for that, and the
ability to use a single file for either floppy or hd loading means people
don't have to do SYSLINUX or LILO if they don't need them. This is sweet.
