Could you try using:
http://rom-o-matic.net/test/
I have enabled the as86 assembler, and deleted all pre-assembled files,
which should force the .S files to be assembled.
Then could you try:
http://rom-o-matic.net/4.7.19/
and make the same thing. I have enabled the assembler there, but have
not deleted the .pre files. My guess is it will still make the loader
files and use those in preference to the precompiled ones. Let us know
what happens.
