For AWARD it can be downloaded on different locations. I have 
downloaded some versions of the tool, called CBROM. This
tool can append BIOS extesionst to the BIOS binary. But you will
have problems, if the BIOS ignore such extended modules.

If you are the person I think (at Alcatel Austria) then
we can meet and discuss this topic (DW: 3706).
You can search the tool with the search engine with "CBROM".

For AMI I have not fount any tool yet, nor for Phoenix.
On an old embedded machine, I replaced the AMI Bios by a 
suitable Award Bios (for private use and experiments)...
