I for one would like to say thanks to Ken and Marty for their time and
energy.  I haven't been on the list long but I have been impressed by how
responsive they have been to the problems posted here.

I think the person with all the complaints should remember that he didn't
pay any money and that no-one is under any obligation to help him.  Frankly
I hope no-one does since in my opinion such rudeness doesn't deserve to be
rewarded.
