[Etherboot-developers] "__asm__" blocks in pci.c and pci.h

Hello,

Etherboot is awesome!  I've been looking all over for an app like this, and 
was very excited to find it.

I'm trying to compile it with the M$ C++ compiler, and am running into 
problems compiling 'pci.c' due to the use of '__asm__'.  Can someone help 
give me a kick-start by showing me how to convert these to either plain 
assembly, straight C (preferrably this since I don't know much assembly), or 
something else...?
