This problem was solved with gpxe built from the source. Maybe the pre-build gpxe have some problems.
For the pre-build gpxe, it always works for with dhcp net0 manually, but not work automatically.

In regards to your difficulty where gPXE times out while performing DHCP
from the autoboot behaviour, but succeeds when you enter the CLI and
manually initiate DHCP:
The symptoms are similar to (but not the same as) some folks who have
multiple DHCP servers on their network. Is that a possibility in your
scenario? A packet capture with tcpdump or Wireshark might reveal
what's actually transpiring on the wire.
Also, if you enter the CLI and repeatedly perform 'dhcp net0', does the
client consistently obtain an IP address, or does it sometimes fail?
(Does it appear random or semi-random?)
