  Added config option to attempt boot from only one NIC

  For systems with multiple NICs, you may not want to wait for gPXE to attempt
  to boot from all of them. Option added to config.h so that if BOOT_ALL is
  undefined, a PXE boot will only be attempted for the first NIC in gPXE's
  list.
