I am facing the same problem and would be really interested in your results. 
Did you have any success so far?

I have googled quite a bit on it today but wasn't able to find a single PXE 
enabled nic, not even 3com.

I found some discussion about code for the prism2 chip being merged into 
etherboot 5.2.  Is this still working?  Can anybody report on it?
