[Etherboot-developers] changes to genrules.pl

Eric,

I'm going to make some changes to genrules.pl in the next day or so.

1. I'm moving the info now in NIC (mostly family declarations now) into
genrules.pl as a here document.

2. I'm making NIC an output file instead of an input file, in the same
format (minus the comments), for the sake of rom-o-matic.

3. I can then compare NIC with 5.1.6 NIC and see what aliases have been
eliminated. If necessary some other way of providing the user with the
aliases can be devised.

O.k  As long as we can still do non family declarations that should
work.  I kept NIC fully working so we could have a gradual change,
and it worked :)

That sounds reasonable.
