Attached is a patch that will update the node links when the diagram window is resized or the diagram is refreshed using the menu Refresh or Ctrl-L action.
I found that if I Pause etherape and resize the diagram window for better visibility the nodes moved but the node links did not. This is possible with this patch by using a combination of window resizing and the Ctrl-L hot-keys. I believe this is the correct behavior.
Two (2) things to note:
1) The previous patch that you incorporated (thank you) did not handle provide international translation code.
2) With this patch if etherape is paused and the Refresh or Window is resized the node links will updated but no new nodes will appear on the display. I think this is acceptable.

I guess it is me that does not understand. I just want someone to check that the word "Refresh" would be translated into other languages.
