#33 Editor line numbering doesn't cope with wrapped lines
If line numbering is turned on in the editor (in the left hand margin),
wrapped lines do not push the numbers to the correct place, instead
the top of the document is numbered and the bottom of the margin is
empty.

Ahhhhhhhhh, another wordwrap bug!!!!!! Word wrap is an
actual feature of eclipse, it is not part of my code, i just
add options to turn it on and off. I am looking to writting
my own word wrap presenter but that might take a while.
(Seeing as word wrap hasn't worked... ever and the eclipse
coders havent fixed it... it must be a non trivial problem).
