#30 Spelling does not recognize backtick

The text `bridge' is NOT recognized as a word...
however, only the `bridge (not the trailing ' ) is
highlighted as mis-spelled.

Even more complicated (as far as fixing the problem :)
) is that multiple words in quotes are recognized
differently. ``over the hill'' thinks ``over is
misspelled, but hill'' is okay.

I THINK that ` needs to be added to IgnoreChars (in utils)?
