Hi, I've looked throught the forum and I pretty sure I didn't see any questions already posted regarding my problem. So if this is a common problem and I missed the solution somewhere, a link would be highly appreciated.
My problem is in specific instances, the character '-' is shown incorrectly. When I view a man page such as "man Eterm" the dashes (for different options, for example) are displayed strangly (as three chacters, an a and two squares).
I am using redhat 8.0, and have had problems with fonts and that sort of thing before, so it makes me suspicious here.
Anyone have any suggestions?
thanks,
Stephen Kandl
