[etch-devel] Sourceforge hosts apps retirement

etch source code has been imported from svn to git and pushed to github:

https://github.com/etch

No further development should be done on the code in svn on sourceforge.

If anyone with commit rights on sourceforge wants to retain them on github let me know.

I'm still working on moving docs and mailing lists.
