[etch-devel] Sourceforge hosts apps retirement

I got a notification from Sourceforge that they are planning to retire their hosted apps service, which includes the trac instance that we use for the etch wiki and tickets.

Apparently SF is working on a process to allow us to set up an instance of trac in the etch project's web space.  Or we could just give up on SF and move the whole project to github.  Either way all of the existing web URLs will change.

Any preferences?
