[etch-users] repeated crashes due to segmentation fault

Our Etch cluster has been crashing periodically.  The mongrel log indicates there is a known bug.  Is there a workaround for this?

** Daemonized, any open files are closed.  Look at /var/run/etch-server1.pid and log/mongrel.log for info.
