#9 Prefix Postfix Infix delimiter position

It might be useful have a choice when you transduce a
delimited file to say if the delimiter should be in
prefix notation:

,Field1,Field2,Field3

Postfix notation

Field1,Field2,Field3,

or Infix notation

Field1,Field2,Field3

becaue some other systems use these different
notations, and the current DelimitedTransducer won't
work 100% with anything other than Infix
