Certain standards like XSLT define the ability to
transform data in one structure to another structure,
with some sort of logical work. Usually, someone would
use a mapping tool define the transformation from one
structure to another, which data fields go where, and
any functions that should be applied during the
transformation process. This is handled in BizTalk by
the BizTalk Mapper GUI

A Node could be converted from one well known structure
to another well known structure using a pretty
straightforward definition document.
