the quickstart version's build.properties is missing the
following vars

cas-server.deploy.home=C:/"esup-server"/jakarta-tomcat-
5.0.28/webapps/cas

cas-server.home=C:/"esup-server"/cas-server-2.0.12

else the build fails.
