#14 VSS Directory tree view

Hi,

I would like to propose a new feature where it is possible
to view all files in the VSS database.

My idea is to create a view similar to the Package
Explorer view.

It should be possible to right-click a file and do different
tasks on it e.g. check-out, history etc. After a check-
out the Package Explorer should be refreshed.

The reason for this feature is to only view checked-out
files in the project and thus making compile/refresh
faster.
