#12 allow to click on files listed in console to find in project

A very helpful addition would be the ability to right click
on items in the console ie:

"Created folder Folder/.../NewFolder"

or

"Getting Folder/.../folder/file.ext"

and on a right click menu be able to have a "go to file"
selection that would expand the package explorer to the
indicated file.
