#22 Arabic Espeak and Japanese Espeak

Hi! I notice, that Arabic espeak is like another projects. Also, I thing, that best way to instal Espeak in Arabic is connect two together. Espeak now reads an Arabic alphabet, but hasn't Arabic, that's pity.
Also, I found one site, where is Japanese version of Espeak, link is:

Please, could You add the Arabic and Japanese language to Espeak?
