#136 Stop switching languages during phonemization

Hi,
I am using eSpeak to generate the phonemes and found out that it generated the phonemes with many language codes as result.
eg:

j'aime le football -> ʒɛm lə- (en)fʊtbɔːl(fr)

As you see that in the phonemes we have (en) and (fr). So we have English phonemes and French phonemes in mix as result.
Is there a way that we can force eSpeak to generate phonemes only for given language?
