#122 "silence" XML tag does not work!

I want convert subtitle to audio file using Balabolka("Tools"->"Subtitle converter").
It work fine with other SAPI5 voices. But when using eSpeak, the result audio file contains speech without pauses. The autor of Balabolka say that "These voices don't support the XML tag 'silence'". He write this expression about eSpeak in FAQ section of Balabolka Help.
I attach a sample SRT file and converted wav files using eSpeak and Microsft TTS.
And I hope you fix this problem.
