#117 Should spell one-character text

Hello,

For instance, running:

espeak ^

doesn't speech anything. This is the same for a lot of characters: (), [], {}, _, ...

I would say that when espeak is given only one character, it should automatically enable spelling it. Of course, this shouldn't make single-character words being spelled in a complete text!
