Remove old stuff

Attempt to merge rcswitch and wtdecoder, so it's possible to receive both types of signal
simultaneously.
Stop using wtdecoder.
Continue to remove Arduino dependency.
Get rcswitch to return 64-bit items.
Get Temperature module to fetch GTWT02 stuff from rcswitch.

A version of rcswitch without Arduino dependencies, and a esp-idf component.

Not referenced anywhere

Remove this, after migration into a component.

Move rcswitch into a component

Set initial alarm state when two nodes see each other for the first time.
Fix null pointer problem.

Proxy to the power switch : document and make configurable.
