Remove code for UDP and Weather

Work in progress to remove bloat, and replace UDP based communications (needing all kinds
of own development) by TCP. So hopefully no more keepalives etc.

Bugfix to make nested arrays work

Yet another NULL pointer protection

Allow setting fixed DNS servers from config as well. Note: experimental, setting IP doesn't appear to work right.
