Simplify handling of connected status in Network module

OTA module now consistently updates in 17..18 seconds
Created a small App class to reduce global variable count

Rename Keypad.h to App.h

Start two webservers (http and https)

Remove unused definitions

Support more than one config file, for e.g. a whitelist.json global to all nodes.
This requires changes to Config::ParseConfig so it doesn't always reinitialize.
The security configuration allows distinction between OTA and other nodes (read : not every IP or MAC address can flash our nodes).

Work with newest v3.3.5 esp-idf

An additional configuration item to allow nonstandard (other than 443) https ports.
WebServer : disabling http as a fallback is a bad idea, it's a requirement to kickstart ACME.

Reduce memory allocation (64K is too much for our target) so ftp doesn't randomy appear to fail.
Introduce a server side error message, doens't appear to interrupt standard ftp clients though.
