Commit [r381]  Maximize  Restore  History

Support more than one config file, for e.g. a whitelist.json global to all nodes.

This requires changes to Config::ParseConfig so it doesn't always reinitialize.
The security configuration allows distinction between OTA and other nodes (read : not every IP or MAC address can flash our nodes).
