Reduce memory allocation (64K is too much for our target) so ftp doesn't randomy appear to fail.
Introduce a server side error message, doens't appear to interrupt standard ftp clients though.

Handle the different situations slightly better.
Allow to specify not to fallback to http.

Set up a https server based on ACME credentials

Provide for longer configuration files
