Platform_esp_idf.c : #if away a function, move it to main/StableTime.cpp in which we implement
this without the infamous gettimeofday() call. Remember that we have plenty of evidence
that this call blocks/freezes the app periodically. No recovery known from this situation.
transport_ssl.c : avoid duplicate name conflict.
