Send some queries more than once. Keep a sequence number so we don't do everything three times.

Add a class (simple for now) to hide clock queries in.
Migrate almost all calls to gettimeofday() to it.
Add an additional exception in Peers.cpp to catch infinite lastqp == 1.

Enable more verbose logging again

Small cleanup

Keypad.cpp, Peers.cpp : play with task details.
Others : basic functionality for a RGB LED and siren.

Remove commented statements

Prepare for output devices such as sirens, lights, and rgb leds

Write info on wifi signal strength on some occasions.
Force a reboot after 3 minutes of being unconnected.

Remove a macro for the old timezone code

Use the TZ string instead of my own timezone handling.
