Warning removal

It still relied on a symbolic link which is now gone.
Also removed a duplicate, and a couple of redundant entries.

Convert LoadGif to use the ESP-IDF http api

Use the ESP-IDF api for http.

This gets rid of the symlinks in components/arduino/libraries .

This still relies on
ln -s `pwd`/libraries/* components/arduino/libraries

Also add a sample secrets.h file.
