Finally implemented the project with PCB from JLCPCB and programmed the ESP32.
Notes on Wiring & Configuration : HTUD21 wired via GX12 PROBE1 wired via 3 PIN audio jack CH3 mode is set on CH1 DH1 not wired yet (or with simple resistors for testing purposes)
I have not ordered the Dew Heater yet and will try to build one by myself with 1/2W or 1W resistors, but just had some issues before that :
1. When everything is started with PROBE1 sensor wired, I get the temperature from main HTUD21 sensor and PROBE1. However, PROBE1 is never actualized. The only value I have seem to be the value from startup, both on web and Windows applications.
2. When trying to force DH1 to 100% (button or Windows App), LED1 is ON but brightness keeps very very low. LED3 is also ON (CH3 mode set to CH1) and also very low, but twice more than LED1.
3. When resistors are attached to DH1 (series or //), it is supposed to heat if my understanding is correct. Instead of that, LED stop lighting and nothing happens. Seems that current is very low and not 12v.
Thanks for your project and your help ! Sorry if there is some my understandings are not correct. I'm waiting for everything to work as expected before panel mounting !
Hello,
Finally implemented the project with PCB from JLCPCB and programmed the ESP32.
Notes on Wiring & Configuration :
HTUD21 wired via GX12
PROBE1 wired via 3 PIN audio jack
CH3 mode is set on CH1
DH1 not wired yet (or with simple resistors for testing purposes)
I have not ordered the Dew Heater yet and will try to build one by myself with 1/2W or 1W resistors, but just had some issues before that :
