Setting a day greater 28 in January is not possible on web browser

I set the Day to 29th or above but the input field changes to 28 as a maximum vaule in the web browser.
I tested with February and there it is possible to set any date above the 28th.

Hi Robert,
today I checked again. The date in the web browser shows "30"th which is correct. I set it manually to "29" and the value changes after a second to 28!
