#772 Handle signin page with message "Please enter the verification code ..."

We need to handle signin page error with message "Please enter the verification code ..." (e.g. http://joybidder.blogspot.com/2014/05/if-joybidder-cannot-login-to-ebay.html), "Confirm your account", ... to avoid errors like #770.

Possible solution:
Just stop esniper without "bugReport" and give an advisement to login manually using the preferred browser, because an unusual action is required.
