This now always comes when logging in.
I logged in with firefox, and I could answer a security question and entered a security code I received by mail.
with firefox I can login normally, esniper logins still get the security page. "you are logging in from a different computer"
times of esniper are over now?

Some time ago a user reported similar problems when he used a dedicated server for esniper and logged in manually from a different IP address at the same time.
Esniper doesn't share cookies or session ID with your browser. For ebay it will look the same if you run esniper on the same computer as your browser or on a different computer sharing the same external IP address, i.e in the same network behind a NAT router.
Did you login manually on the same server as esniper? (ebay.com)
Did you connect from the same IP address?
I've added the missing file
esniper was running (for about at least 1 year I think) with no real issue on my fritzbox.
I'm in the same network where I also confirmed the ebay security page from with my laptop.
There were sometimes issues with unknown pages, like "change password" etc, which got solved when I made the neccesary steps from eg. Firefox on a laptop.
This security thing came on ebay.de site first, which I first recognized with my laptop.
Then when I recognized esniper fails, I did the procedure also on ebay.com(on laptop). The security question did not appear on the ebay.com site in the first step. I had to log out with firefox, then re-login, then the security questions came up.
But it did not help for esniper this time.
I looked fot cookie stuff on the fritzbox, but did not find anything to delete..

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce your problem.
I use a PC at home and esniper running on a server in the same network, sometimes I log in from a PC at work or a laptop in a hotel which are located in two different countries from my home. AFAIK cookies are not synchronized between the browsers on the different computers. I never got this confirmation page.
Did you run many esniper processes at the same time?
Every esniper process does its own cookie handling (without saving any cookies) and its own login procedure. So ebay may see several browsers logging in at the same time.
Other sniper programs or services seem to have the same problem. (Search the internet for the message from the saved confirmation page.)
Can you try with a browser like lynx on your fritzbox?
Can you reproduce the problem with a browser when you delete all ebay cookies (and maybe restart your browser) without logging out?
unfortunately, I did not find a version of lynx I coud use on frizubox, due to missing ssl support, which you need for ebay.
I tried to compile one myself, what failed. I'm no unix crack... 8-(
however, after keeping away from ebay for a day and a new IP adress, it seem to operate as usual again,.
The security page did not come up by now. 8-)
