The Registrar command line tool registers Change Request (CR) files:

• It allocates a CR number to the CR
• It updates the CR Status files with the information about the CR
• It generates text to be used in the email confirming the CR registration

Currently generating the email confirmation is a manual process - the intention is that the registrar will automatically generate the email.

Usage

Registrar -f PathToStatusFile -s SourceFile -t TargetDirectory -x TemplateDirectory

Command Line Parameters

Parameter	Description
-h	Display help
-l	Display license
-d (..)	Date of the email in which the CR was posted
-f (..)	CR Status file name (default is 'CR Status.xls')
-j )..)	The subject of the email in which the CR was posted (default no subject)
-r (..)	The reply address for the email in which the CR was posted (default no replay address)
-s (..)	Source file or directory (default is current directory)
-t (..)	Target file or directory (default is current directory)
-u	Upgrade source file to latest template
-v	Verify CR status file contents
-w (..)	URL of web page containing the thread in which the CR was posted (default no URL)
-x (..)	Template directory (default is current directory)
