<b>Critical System Patch</b>

References made to an undefined Instance or Class 
variable can result it the server process hanging in an 
infinite loop while trapping the error. The enclosed patch 
corrects this problem and should be installed on all 
V4.0, 4.0.1, and 4.1 Systems.
