Summary: SetProperty Fix for Java Proxy Gen.

Initial Comment:
The Java Proxy generation was incorrectly generating 
the proxy code for the setting of a property. This patch 
will correct this problem. Also included in this patch is 
an enhance to the names used for the parameters of the 
generated proxies. The new code will now use the 
binding name if parameter is not named (It deals with 
duplicate names on the binding also). Please follow the 
installation instructions included with patch.
